Our Story

Jordan Painter and Tony Stancato first tried to buy this property in 2022. It didn't happen. Then the opportunity came back around, as the right things tend to do, and this time they brought some friends into it.

That's what The Warren is. A group of friends who saw a gap in Bridgman, believed the area deserved a better lodging option, and decided to do something about it.

No corporate backing. No quarterly earnings call. Just people who care about getting it right.

Professionally designed by Love Dwells, with intentional nods to the history of the Southwest Michigan lakeshore woven throughout. The spaces feel considered, not decorated for the sake of it, but designed to actually make your stay better.
